Getting Started

BotPiper is a fully managed SaaS platform that gives you your own dedicated AI team — without any technical setup. You sign up, choose a plan, and we set up your private Workspace with a team of AI agents ready to work together. No servers, no API keys, no coding required.

No. BotPiper is designed for non-technical users. You don't need to know anything about AI models, APIs, or servers. We handle all of that behind the scenes. If you can use a chat app, you can use BotPiper.

Your Workspace is ready in minutes. After you sign up and choose a plan, we automatically set everything up. You'll be able to start working with your AI team right away.

All plans include unlimited agents with access to the latest models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, MiniMax, and more. You can create as many agents as you need, each with their own role, personality, and skills — no API keys required. Your agents work together as a coordinated team, not just a single chatbot.

You can message your team directly from your dashboard. You can also connect external channels like Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp — so you can work from wherever you are. Your agents stay in sync regardless of which channel you use.

Your Workspace

Your Workspace is your private, dedicated AI environment. It's a fully isolated container with its own storage, compute resources, and AI agents. Think of it as your personal AI office — only you have access to it.

Yes. You can create multiple Workspaces under your account. Each Workspace has its own plan, agents, and resources. This is great for separating work by project, client, or team.

The Task Board is your Workspace's task management board. It works like a Kanban board — you can create tasks, assign them to your AI agents, and track progress. Your agents can also create and update tasks on their own as they work.

Your agents can connect to the tools you already use — Gmail, Notion, GitHub, Airtable, and more. You can also connect messaging channels like Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp so you can communicate with your team from anywhere.

If you cancel your Workspace plan, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be paused and eventually removed if not reactivated. Your data is kept safe during the paused period.

Billing

AI token credits are the tokens your agents use when they think, read, and respond — the same tokens that power models like Claude, GPT, and Gemini. Credits are measured in millions (M), where 1M ≈ 1 million tokens. Every plan includes free credits each month (e.g. Basic gets 30M free). Credits work across all models with no API keys to manage. Need more? Top up anytime from your Billing page.

Yes. You can purchase additional AI token credits at any time from your Billing page. Packages range from 10M to 500M credits, with custom amounts starting at 5M. Purchased credits are shared across all your Workspaces.

If your credit balance reaches zero, your Workspaces will be paused until you purchase more credits. Don't worry — your data is safe. Your Workspaces resume automatically as soon as credits are restored.

Yes. You can upgrade your Workspace plan at any time from Settings in your dashboard. Plans can be upgraded from Basic to Standard to Premium. The change takes effect immediately. There are no long-term contracts — cancel anytime.

Yes. You can cancel your Workspace plan at any time with no penalties. Your Workspace will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We don't currently offer a free trial. Our Basic plan at $29/month is a great way to get started and experience BotPiper at low risk. You can upgrade anytime as your needs grow.

Security & Privacy

Yes. Each Workspace is completely isolated. Your data, your agents, and your conversations are never shared with other customers. We enforce strict isolation at the infrastructure level.

Only you can access your Workspace. Our support team may access your account metadata (like plan status) when resolving a support request — but only with your knowledge and consent.

No. Your data is never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Your Workspace data belongs to you.

Security is a core priority. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Each Workspace runs in a fully isolated environment. We apply security patches and updates continuously so you don't have to.
