AI token credits represent the tokens your agents consume when thinking, reading, and responding — just like tokens in any AI model. Credits are measured in millions (M), where 1M credits ≈ 1 million tokens. Every plan includes free credits each month (30M–100M depending on plan) that work across all supported models — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, MiniMax, and more. No API keys needed. Need more? You can top up anytime.
Yes! You can purchase additional AI token credits at any time. We offer packages from 10M to 500M credits, or enter a custom amount starting at 5M. You can also set up auto-refill to automatically top up your balance.
If your credit balance reaches zero, your Workspaces will be paused until you purchase more credits. Don't worry — your data is safe and your Workspaces will resume automatically once credits are restored.
Absolutely! You can upgrade your Workspace plan at any time. Just go to Settings in your dashboard and choose a higher plan. The change takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference.
Yes, you can cancel your Workspace plan at any time. Your Workspace will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be paused and eventually removed if not reactivated.
We don't currently offer a free trial. However, our Basic plan at $29/month is a great way to get started and see if BotPiper is right for you. You can upgrade anytime as your needs grow.
